Our Dog Family

Duke

Andren’s Duke is the backbone of our kennel program. He is a 5-year old A.K.C. English white/cream colored lab who made our lives whole again after losing our lab, Dakota, at 13. He was born at my dad’s house and given to my son. He is everything I would ask for in a lab: calm, extremely smart, easy to train, loving, and athletic. Duke has been O.F.A. tested and is rated good for hips and normal for elbows. Duke was Embark tested and is clear for EIC, SD2, CNM, MCD, PRCD Exon 1 and D-Locus is not expressed. Duke is within breed standards, weighing between 75-80 lbs and stands roughly 24 inches tall.

Beth

Andren’s Yellowstone Beth is the mother of the current litter of puppies. She is a 4-year old yellow A.K.C. Pointing lab who is a sweetheart. Beth was purchased from another kennel when she was 1.5 years old. She is extremely athletic, healthy, calm, and very loving. Beth loves to fetch and would do so all day long. She has an incredible drive, Beth was genetically tested and is clear for: EIC, PRA, PRCD, MCD, and D-Locus is not expressed. Beth is within breed standards, weighing between 60-65 lbs and stands roughly 21 inches tall.

Pinky

Andren’s Montana Sunrise or “Pinky” is a 2-year old A.K.C. white female that we kept from Duke and Beth’s 1st litter. Pinky has stolen our hearts from the day she was born. Pinky has been shown in 4-H by our son at our fair. She is such a loving, smart, trainable dog. She loves to fetch as well and will go all day but has an off switch when she comes in the house. Pinky has been genetically tested and is clear of all genetic issues. She has been OFA tested for eyes, the results were normal. She was also OFA tested for elbows, normal, and for hips, fair, which is within normal range.
